Good work raises the grade and earns more independence — the way an A student gets trusted to work on their own — and a mistake brings the oversight straight back. You set what each grade is allowed to do, and you can hold any agent back a grade at any time.
Every agent works as one person’s helper, inside that person’s permissions: it sees only what they can see, does only what they may do, and every action is logged. The most sensitive areas — like money — have a hard line no agent ever crosses. The rules are built into the system, not written in a memo.
